Portfolios

Portfolios are the quirky name for the leadership groups that meet in our church to focus on serving in various plenary areas. (See column on right for further details)
If you would like to serve in any capacity at The Well, then take a look (column right) at what we do (or in some cases aspire to do :) and let us know which area you are interested in serving. These groups are open to all Well members.

Portfolios Brief;
• Group meet no more than three or four times a year to help develop strategy and overall planning and improve communication in each plenary area of the life of The Well
• Groups are open to all the leadership to attend, (but not required).
• Groups seeks to incorporate young people where possible

The Purpose of Portfolios;
• Building ownership and developing servant leaders
• Avoiding increasing meetings for the same group of busy people
• Improving strategic use of time and gifts
• Helping people new to The Well discover their passion and deploy their gifts
